Her recordings are not easy to come by, but I was able to secure a small supply. Grainne plays a few O'Carolan tunes here, but mostly dance tunes and slow airs, nicely arranged for harp solo - Philippe Varlet Juergen Gier I just borrowed this one from one of her students - it's excellent indeed. You don't hear jigs 'n' reels *at speed* (well, mostly) from harpers too often (or maybe that's just me). Her rendition of Splendid Isolation (both slow air + reel) is outstanding. The good thing is, she doesn't seem to have the word "haunting" in her repertoire :-). Juergen Gier
