Foundation
Group Performances
- Member of the Belfast Harp Orchestra (Orchestra
leader, 1996 - 1999)
- Founded by Janet Harbison (director) in 1992 in
commemoration of the bicentenary of the 1792 Belfast
Harper's Assembly. The orchestra has toured
extensively in the UK, Europe and the USA, and have
produced various recordings, including Carillon and
Colmcille (Columban Suite composed by Janet Harbison
in commemoration of the death of St Columba in 597AD)
and have also featured with the Chieftains on The
Celtic Harp.
- Member of the Belfast based group Clarsheree
- Specialising in Irish music of the 17th and 18th
centuries. Recording Feasting with Carolan.
- Member of the Irish National Harp Ensemble.
- Toured Britain in 1996 with the popular show
'Spirit of the Dance'. Performance in Norway 1998,
with the show 'Celtic Crossroads'.
- Member of National Folk Orchestra (CCE)
- Performances include 'Slad agus
Slánú' and the 'Millennium Suite'.
